The BSC Pres Unit is an automatic application rate and section controller module. The unit handles 2 and 3 way electric valves, the shut-off valve, the volumetric valve and a pressure sensor. Speed information is received from the highly accurate GPS receiver to avoid the complex wheel-proximity sensor and its calibration. BSC Pres provides the farmer with the option to set the desired quantity of applied spray material over an area. Then the BSC Pres regulates the application to reach exactly the set amount of applied spray, regardless of the speed at which the machinery moves. The BSC Pres is designed to be used with the free BSC app with the option of connecting it with the MachineryGuide application for further functions like automatically detecting overlaps and shutting off and turning on the valves accordingly. BSC Pres helps farmers to easily avoid spraying or fertilizing overlaps while providing the farmer with the option of setting the application rate based on the given needs.
